Building Accessibility Information

• Accessibility Summary: The north wing of this four-story building was constructed in 1902 and is connected to the more recently constructed south wing. The entire building is fully accessible to persons with disabilities. The building houses laboratories and the administrative offices of the Department of Biology.
  
  
• Accessibility Path: The north entrance, on Jefferson Street, is accessible and equipped with a power door opener. In addition, there are two accessible entrances with power door openers off the courtyard between the Biology Building and Phillips Hall. This area may be reached from the sidewalk along the north side of Iowa Avenue between Clinton and Dubuque Streets.
  
  
• Parking: The nearest identified parking for persons with disabilities is in designated metered spaces along Iowa Avenue between Clinton and Dubuque Streets.
  
  
• Restrooms: An accessible restroom for each sex is located on each floor of the building, with the exception of the basement.
